There is also plenty going on in regards to outgoings from Hillsborough Stadium, such as the interest being drummed up in Pierce Charles, including Liverpool, who are monitoring the situation of the youngster.

Sheffield Wednesday gem Sean Fusire drums up loan interest with contract talks ongoing
Owls midfielder Fusire has been an ever-present player in the side in regards to the EFL Cup this season, with the 19-year-old notching four starts in the competition this season.
With Sheffield Wednesday now knocked out of the competition, which took place in the defeat on penalties away at Premier League side Brentford, Rohl is now looking at the possibility of loaning out the youngster in order to aid his development, with him unlikely to notch Championship minutes this season.
Fusire has gained plenty of interest if Wednesday do decide to loan him out for the rest of the 2024/25 Championship campaign, per Joe Crann on X, whilst there are also talks over a ‘potential new contract’ for the midfielder.
What is Sean Fusire’s level for his first loan away from the club
Sheffield Wednesday’s young midfielder was entrusted as being a permanent member of the first team squad earlier on this season by Rohl, and whilst he hasn’t been handed any minutes in the Championship, it is clear that the German boss highly rates him.
Rohl will be hoping that he can hand over the youngster to a manager with an equal fondness for Fusire, and one who is also at a high level.
In regards to which league the Sheffield Wednesday midfielder could find himself in, it would make sense that a loan is sanctioned to either League One or Two, with the latter likely seeing him notch more game time.
Fusire has clearly shown ability to be able to play at League One level, but a further drop in divisions could ensure that he is able to play with more confidence, perhaps at a side such as Darren Moore’s Port Vale.
