Sheffield Wednesday boss Danny Rohl has a couple of injury issues to deal with against Burnley this weekend.
Scott Parker and his Burnley side come to Hillsborough this weekend, for what promises to be a tough match for both teams
Sheffield Wednesday sit in 15th place of the Championship table after a 2-1 win at Coventry City last time out, having taken seven points from their last three games.
Burnley meanwhile have lost just once all season, with a goalless draw against Preston before the break leaving them in 3rd place of the table, and one point behind leaders Sunderland.
This is the first time that Sheffield Wednesday under Danny Rohl have played Burnley and the first time the two teams have met since 2016.

Sheffield Wednesday team news vs Burnley
During the break, Sheffield Wednesday were dealt a blow when it was revealed that Di’Shon Bernard picked up an injury whilst on international duty with Jamaica.
Speaking on Thursday, Rohl said that Bernard has trained ahead of Burnley, but the German didn’t say whether or not Bernard is in contention this weekend.
Rohl also revealed that Michael Ihiekwe has an Achilles issue ahead of the Burnley game and that the 31-year-old is a doubt to play this weekend.
Meanwhile, Rohl said that Liam Palmer looks fit again, with Olaf Kobacki having scored in a friendly against Aston Villa during the break, after picking up an injury before the break.
Summer signing Nathaniel Chalobah remains sidelined for three to four weeks, per Rohl on Thursday.
Burnley striker Lyle Foster picked up an injury during the break with South Africa and looks a doubt to travel to S6.

Sheffield Wednesday predicted XI vs Burnley
Sheffield Wednesday’s defence might be a somewhat makeshift one this weekend, given the possibility that both Bernard and Ihiekwe don’t feature.
Providing Rohl maintains the back-five that’s served him well in recent weeks, we could see a middle three of Akin Famewo, Dominic Iorfa, and Liam Palmer.
Who starts on the right remains a debate with Rohl having changed between Max Lowe and Marvin Johnson in the last couple of games.
Also the midfield selection is a tricky one to call with Rohl having started all of Barry Bannan, Shea Charles and Svante Ingelsson against Coventry.
Whether or not Ike Ugbo starts is also a question mark, given the Canadian’s lack of form. Speaking this week, Rohl has defended Ugbo amid recent criticism.
Here’s how we think Sheffield Wednesday could line up against Burnley on Saturday afternoon…

Johnson
Famewo
Iorfa
