Sheffield Wednesday welcome Leeds United to the Steel City on Friday night.
Sheffield Wednesday are live on Sky Sports this Friday night.
Yorkshire rivals Leeds United visit Hillsborough for what feels like an important game for both sides.
Both have had mixed starts to the 2024/25 Championship season; Leeds United have drawn their opening two, whereas the Owls have won one and lost one, both by 4-0 scorelines.
Sheffield Wednesday lost 4-0 vs Sunderland last time out in what was a real eye-opener for fans.
Danny Rohl’s good work through the summer seemed to come undone at the Stadium of Light and now he needs a huge reaction from his players.
Last season, Sheffield Wednesday drew 0-0 vs Leeds at Elland Road, then losing 2-0 at home.

Sheffield Wednesday team and injury news
Sheffield Wednesday have a few injuries in the first-team squad right now.
Akin Famewo and Nathaniel Chalobah are carrying knocks and are yet to feature in the Championship this season, though both players’ injuries are thought to be minor.
Goalkeeper Ben Hamer is injured and so Pierce Charles looks set to keep his spot on the bench.
Ike Ugbo played 20 minutes of the game against Sunderland but still seems a way off a starting spot.

Sheffield Wednesday predicted XI vs Leeds United
That Sunderland game has given Rohl a lot of food for thought.
The German may consider a formation change after being exposed defensively, mainly on the wings with Yan Valery having a particularly poor game.
Josh Windass also had a poor outing, though whether it was enough for Rohl to completely drop him for this Leeds United clash remains to be seen.
At times last season, Rohl chopped and changed between a 4-2-3-1 and a 5-2-2-1 formation.
But having worked on a 4-2-3-1 shape through the summer and this season, it seems unlikely that Rohl will make any drastic changes so soon, especially playing at home.
Rohl though may call upon some familiar faces to steady the ship after that Sunderland defeat.
