Sheffield Wednesday boss Danny Rohl was particularly frustrated after the draw against Swansea City.
Sheffield Wednesday and Swansea City played out a forgettable 0-0 draw at Hillsborough on Tuesday night.
It was a game that saw the Swans dominate possession and passing, with the Owls failing to register a single shot on target.
Danny Rohl showed frustration at the missed Svante Ingelsson chance for Sheffield Wednesday, with fans critical of Ingelsson after the game.
Elsewhere, Rohl was left fuming on the Sheffield Wednesday touchline shortly after the restart, after a Marvin Johnson cross into the box failed to be met.
Rohl told the press: “Second half, immediately after the kick-off, a good crossed ball, second post, two players are just looking instead of being active and want to score.”
Johnson was a livewire against Swansea. Whilst he didn’t have his best performance, like many of his teammates, he was arguably the Owls’ most creative outlet on the night.

Marvin Johnson firing blanks for Sheffield Wednesday against Swansea City
There’s one particular stat from Johnson’s game on Tuesday night that summed up the team’s performance, and explains why Rohl was so animated both during and after the game.
On the night, Johnson played seven crosses into the box. But not a single one of them was completed; in other words, no Sheffield Wednesday player got on the end of one of Johnson’s seven crosses.
Balls into the box is a key facet of Rohl’s style of play at Sheffield Wednesday. It’s something he worked on all through summer on the training ground and is no doubt something he pushes every day still.
So for nobody to be bursting into the box, or getting in front of their man to get on the end of a cross, is very frustrating for Rohl and indeed for the fans to witness.

Should Josh Windass return to the no.9 position?
Going into the season, the no.9 spot was Ike Ugbo’s. But his poor scoring form saw him dropped to the bench against Swansea City.
Jamal Lowe started up top and he did well, and on another night, he may have scored. But for Rohl, a returning Josh Windass may be the answer to his current scoring woes.
Windass has shown time and time again that he’s clinical inside the box and his absence in the last two games (albeit coming off the bench against Swansea), has certainly been felt.
If Windass was in the box for all seven of Johnson’s crosses on Tuesday night, then it might be safe to assume that the striker would’ve got on the end of at least one.
For the game at Portsmouth on Friday, Windass returning to his natural no.9 position, instead of playing just behind, might be a smart move.
