Sheffield Wednesday claimed a superb victory over Coventry City to climb up to 15th place in the Championship.
The Owls came from behind to silence the Coventry crowd with Shea Charles scoring a last-gasp winner.
There were a number of strong performances in the Wednesday team with boss Danny Rohl getting the better of Mark Robins.
The Sky Blues were tipped for a strong season after narrowly missing out on the play-offs last time out but they languish near the bottom right now.
Wednesday have leapfrogged ahead of yesterday’s opponents with a victory that might just send a message to some clubs in the second tier.
One of the biggest sagas of the summer involved Di’Shon Bernard and yesterday he highlighted why the Owls were so keen to bring him back to the club.

Alex Miller raves about Sheffield Wednesday star Di’Shon Bernard
The journalist has been covering Sheffield Wednesday for some time now and he was seriously impressed yesterday.
Bernard is a trusted lieutenant of the rearguard under Rohl and it’s not at all surprising that he was keen to bring him back to Hillsborough this summer.
After his performance yesterday, Miller raved about the former Manchester United academy star, awarding him an eight out of 10 rating.
He wrote in The Star: “Had this been a schoolyard knockabout, he may well have been excluded for his first-half treatment of Brandon Thomas-Asante, the big bully. Won more aerials than any other player”
Bernard has been in fine form since returning to the club and he’s another sign of the improvement in recruitment since Rohl came to Wednesday.
Bernard shows fighting spirit to give Wednesday huge three points
The 23-year-old is still nowhere near his prime and the Owls have got him tied down ahead of his best years.
Bernard will be keen to put down some roots after spending a lot of time out on loan away from Manchester United.
The Jamaica international is strong as an ox and he’s probably the club’s best central defender when playing at his very best.
Three points were most welcomed in this contest and Wednesday now go into the international break in a much healthier league position.
Bernard is the heartbeat of the team defensively and it’s quite exciting to see how he kicks on under regular football at Hillsborough.
He’s a firm fan favourite and in stifling the Coventry attack he’s proven that he can get himself up for the big contests.
