Lee Bullen has spoken very highly of one, perhaps unlikely Sheffield Wednesday player ahead of the Steel City derby on Sunday.
Sheffield Wednesday make the very short journey to Bramall Lane on Sunday for a first Steel City derby game against Sheffield United in five years.
The city and its football fans are amped up for what should be an enthralling and close-fought game in Sheffield, with both sets of fans surely nervous of the other getting one over them.
Danny Rohl’s side go into this game on the back of a much-needed 2-0 win against Norwich City at Hillsborough on Tuesday.
Rohl has also been handed an injury boost with Dominic Iorfa cleared to play for Sheffield Wednesday after an injury in the game against Norwich.
There could be one or two surprises in the starting XI with Rohl having chopped and changed his attack in recent weeks. But Lee Bullen thinks a certain Marvin Johnson is ‘undroppable’ right now.

Lee Bullen hails ‘undroppable’ Marvin Johnson at Sheffield Wednesday
Johnson, 33, can be quite a divisive player among Sheffield Wednesday fans. But recently, he’s been one of their best players.
One-time Sheffield United man Johnson shone for Sheffield Wednesday against Brentford in the Carabao Cup recently, also making a superb assist for Josh Windass in the win against Norwich in midweek.
He’s now played 12 times in the Championship this season and has two assists to his name, with Rohl having preferred Max Lowe at the start of the season.
Speaking about Johnson on Football Heaven, Wednesday legend Bullen said: “I think his form’s been absolutely outstanding… Are you going to see a better pass [assist against Norwich City] than that this season, from a full-back?
“I think his form’s been really, really good over the last month or so. At the beginning of the season he sort of lost his place a little bit.
“Now, he’s stayed quiet, he’s worked hard and got himself back in the team, and I think he’s almost undroppable at the moment.”

Marvin Johnson left ‘frustrated’ after Sheffield Wednesday axe
Also a former Blade, Lowe joined Sheffield Wednesday on a free transfer in the summer and was Rohl’s first-choice on the left to begin with.
But Rohl soon had to change formation. He reverted to a back-five and it’s clear now that Johnson is the best man in that left-sided role.
Earlier in the season, Johnson spoke about Rohl dropping him, saying: “Of course, you are frustrated and disappointed if you don’t play but on gameday you put that behind you and trust the process.
“I knew the situation from pre-season when we brought Max in and he’s a great player, it’s good to have competition and support each other.
“If Max plays I will always support him and it’s vice-versa with Max, we are both here to help the team.”
Lowe has been tipped to start against Sheffield United, but to play in the left centre-back role amid the injury to Akin Famewo.
