Sheffield Wednesday fans were impressed by one player during the Millwall defeat.
Danny Rohl and his Sheffield Wednesday side were on their way to London during Friday’s deadline day.
And it proved to be a subdued day for the Owls who didn’t add to their 11 summer signings, despite links to a number of players.
Sheffield Wednesday were looking to halt a run of back-to-back defeats in their game at The Den on Saturday, but Rohl’s side suffered another heavy defeat.
The Owls conceded the first of three after 58 minutes, once again capitulating after conceding the first goal, with Millwall the deserved 3-0 winners.

Shea Charles makes Sheffield Wednesday debut vs Millwall
Shea Charles is one of the 11 players to have arrived in S6 during the summer transfer window.
The Southampton man joined on loan this week and Rohl threw him straight into the deep end away at Millwall, starting him in midfield over Svante Ingelsson.
And Charles made an immediate impression STATS
Owls fans on social media described Charles as ‘quality, ‘decent’, and the ‘only positive’ following a dull first half performance from both sides.
Others described his qualities, with one fan saying of Charles: “Very calm on the ball, strong physically & covers defensively very well.”
And having missed a defensive midfielder so far this season, one fan added: “Charles looks like the player we needed in that role.”

Danny Rohl now has Sheffield Wednesday dilemma following Shea Charles debut
Charles seems to have slotted into the system nicely.
He looks like the man to fill the void left by Will Vaulks last season, which was a major void for the Owls in these last few games, but now Rohl has a fresh dilemma.
Ingelsson was on the bench in place of Charles. But the big Swede showed in glimpses this season that he should be a starting player for the Owls.
Rohl now faces a balancing act in keeping his best players happy, and keeping his best players on the pitch whenever possible.
Ingelsson could become an impact player or Rohl could weigh up another formation change at Wednesday, so that he can fit Charles, Ingelsson, and Barry Bannan into his midfield.
Ether way, after some poor performances in the Championship, something has to change soon for the Owls.
