Sheffield Wednesday boss Danny Rohl has revealed exactly what he did after full-time against Watford.
The Owls suffered a heavy defeat against Watford at Hillsborough Stadium, which saw the away side come away with a 6-2 victory.
Despite a positive performance in the centre-of-the-park by Barry Bannan, as well as the positives of Michael Smith notching yet another goal with an intricate touch in the box that took it past the away shot-stopper, the rest of the Owls’ side weren’t able to replicate his showing in what was a dire second half performance by Danny Rohl’s side.
As the Sheffield Wednesday fans let their feelings known with their feet, there is one clear issue that has sprung up from the game, and that is the defensive issues that led to six goals conceded.
Rohl has lifted the lid on the goals conceded and what he exactly did after the game to his side after the six conceded.

Sheffield Wednesday boss Danny Rohl reveals what he showed to his team after Watford loss
Conceding six goals, let alone at home, is simply far from good enough for Rohl’s side, and the German bos was more than aware of that.
The Owls boss spoke after the game, via the SWFC YouTube, and revealed that he immediately reminded his side about the nature of the goals conceded that afternoon.
Rohl said: “The five conceded goals (in the second half) are horrible to watch today. I showed this to my team immediately after the game. It is not the way I want to see my team.”
Sheffield Wednesday heavy defeat rings alarms for key issue
There have been several heavy defeats throughout the Rohl tenure since he joined the club over a year ago. The odd heavy away defeat, which he suffered last season against the likes of Huddersfield and Ipswich Town, and this season against Sunderland and Millwall can always be expected at some point.
However, replicating such a poor performance and result at home is a real sign for concern for Sheffield Wednesday, against a Watford side that the Owls were arguably level with, if not on top of as the first interval came to a close, with the scores sitting at 1-1.
There will have to be clear discussion over how such a capitulation occurred in the second stanza for Sheffield Wednesday, and such defensive issues must be put under the spotlight to work out how such a disaster unfolded.
