Bailey Cadamarteri has reacted to his full Sheffield Wednesday debut against Leicester City.
Taking to X, the forward admitted that he is eager for more action with the first-team now.
Bailey Cadamarteri joined Sheffield Wednesday in 2014 and quickly became a hit in their youth ranks, attracting interest from both Manchester City and West Ham last year.
However, the teenager went onto sign his first professional contract with the Owls the following summer, before making his senior debut in the EFL Trophy.
After undergoing surgery and being ruled out for the rest of the season back in April, Cadamarteri has done brilliantly to bounce back this time round.
The striker made his Championship debut when he was brought on at half-time in the defeat to Millwall last month, before making a brief cameo against Birmingham.
However, the absence of Mallik Wilks gifted him his first start for Sheffield Wednesday in the draw with Leicester midweek.
Cadamarteri was replaced on the hour mark after a promising start and has since reacted to his ‘amazing’ full home debut.
He wrote: “Seems like an age away but had a bit of time to reflect on my full home debut AMAZING! I’ve been getting tasters of the lavel and I’m hungry for more . I know what”

What does Bailey Cadamarteri’s breakthrough season look like?
Bailey Cadamarteri is clearly a very exciting young prospect and undoubtedly has a future in the Premier League, which explains why a team like Man City wanted him.
The youngster is only going to gain more interest as he makes more appearances for the senior team though, while Danny Rohl will also want to avoid throwing too much at him at once.
With Josh Windass back, Cadamarteri could return to the bench. The likes of Michael Smith, Ashley Fletcher and Mallik Wilks (once he is fit) will be looking to push him further down the pecking order too.
Given his age and lack of experience, that is probably best for him now as he looks to develop and grow as a player.
Hopefully Cadamarteri sees his future at Hillsborough where he will eventually be able to become an important player under Rohl, while he would be a long way off first team action if he moved to the top flight anytime soon.
