Anthony Musaba is confident that Sheffield Wednesday have enough to keep them up this season.
Speaking to The Star, the forward claimed he is ready to ‘fight’ to keep the Owls in the Championship.
Anthony Musaba joined Sheffield Wednesday from Monaco in the summer and has been one of only a few bright sparks, scoring two goals and bagging two assists in all competitions.
The Dutchman has started all four games under Danny Rohl so far and picked up his brace of assists in the win over Rotherham United.
Musaba has only been in Yorkshire for three months and has already had two different managers, but he is already well aware at the different ‘vibe’ that Rohl has brought to the club.
The 22-year-old is full of confidence about Sheffield Wednesday’s hopes following the German’s arrival.
Musaba said: “There’s been a lot of changes – you can see it in the game plan, in the vibe and in our atmosphere. I think now we know how to play and even though we’ve won just one game, we’ve shown more.
“It’s a process. The coach is new but we have already played a lot of games with the new coach. We are really confident that in the future we can start winning games and points. The way we are playing, we feel we deserve more and it will come. We have had a positive reaction.
“I want to give the fight and energy to keep us in the league. In these circumstances we have to stick together, you don’t have to listen to what the people are saying. It’s all about the team, it’s about us. We know we have to stick together and focus on ourselves. You will see the results in the end, it will be positive.”

Things are all looking very positive at Sheffield Wednesday, and it’s not just coming from Danny Rohl himself.
Anthony Musaba is one of a number of players who have already come out with high praise for Rohl and the changes he has made at the club, while the Owls’ performances have been reflecting that.
While Sheffield Wednesday need quality players to keep them in the Championship, it is also very much an attitude and mindset problem. Rohl seems to be completely transforming that, and that is exactly what will give them a brilliant chance at staying in the second tier.
