Sheffield Wednesday’s chances of a possible second deal for James Beadle have now been rated.
Sheffield Wednesday signed Beadle, 19, on loan from Premier League Brighton in January.
He arrived early on in the month after a first half of the season thwart with goalkeeping mishaps and poor performances.
Devis Vasquez and Cameron Dawson shared the starting spot, with the latter largely preferred by Danny Rohl.
Academy man Dawson has made 18 Championship appearances for the Owls this season, conceding 28 and keeping four clean sheets.
Beadle though has five clean sheets in just 11 Championship outings for Sheffield Wednesday, with 17 goals conceded.
At one point last month, England youth international Beadle had the highest clean sheets per game ratio in the league.

Vasquez saw his loan terminated in January, leaving Dawson, Beadle, and youngster Pierce Charles as the only first-team goalkeepers.
Dawson though is out of contract in the summer and Beadle is set to return to Brighton, leaving only Charles.
Rohl then will surely want a new goalkeeper or two in the summer.

Writing for The Star, journalist Alan Biggs gave his verdict on whether or not Sheffield Wednesday could make a return for Beadle this summer.
He wrote that, of Sheffield Wednesday’s three loan signings in January (Beadle, Ike Ugbo, and Ian Poveda), Beadle is the ‘likeliest to be off limits for anything permanent’, which is understandable given his potential.
But Biggs also added that ‘Brighton might want him to sample another fresh environment, Championship or higher’, suggesting that Beadle could be sent out on loan again in the summer.
Danny Rohl must do everything he can for second James Beadle loan
After a shaky start with one or two errors, Beadle has really shone for Sheffield Wednesday.
He was arguably brought in for his renowned passing ability, and he’s shown that, but he’s also shown that he’s one of the best shot-stoppers in the division.
A one-on-one save against Leeds United springs to mind, though Beadle has shone all throughout this recent upturn in form at Hillsborough.
And if Wednesday stay in the Championship then Rohl must do everything he can to bring Beadle back to the club.
Brighton will surely want him to go out for another season on loan given his inexperience, and the Championship seems like the likeliest destination for him to get game time.
A top-end club could well have the first say on Beadle, though given how well he’s done at Wednesday and how the style of play suits him, Brighton might view S6 as Beadle’s best destination once again next time round.
Championship football is a must to get Beadle back, and arguably keeping Rohl as well, but it seems like it has potential.
One thing is for sure and that’s that the Owls will need at least one goalkeeper signing in the summer.
