Sheffield Wednesday welcome Birmingham City in the Championship tonight.
Sheffield Wednesday see Birmingham City head to Hillsborough tonight, where the Owls will go in search of their first win in six.
Danny Rohl‘s side seem to be right up against it in the fight for survival after failing to find a striker on deadline day, then going on to lose 4-0 away at Huddersfield Town last weekend.
Birmingham City are also in the relegation picture; Tony Mowbray’s side sit in 19th and just four points ahead of QPR in 22nd, having suffered defeat in their last two now.
Latest Sheffield Wednesday team news
Sheffield Wednesday are carrying a few injury concerns right now, with the latest to join the treatment room being Josh Windass.
Rohl suggested ahead of tonight’s game that Windass now has a muscle injury and could be absent for a few weeks, joining the likes of Callum Paterson, Dominic Iorfa, Juan Delgado, and Cameron Dawson on the sidelines.
Marvin Johnson is reportedly ready to rejoin the side ahead of tonight after missing the last two.

How will Danny Rohl line up vs Birmingham City?
Rohl made a number of changes for the midweek clash vs Coventry, suggesting ahead of the game that his focus was on tonight’s clash vs Birmingham City.
Expect James Beadle to return in goal and maybe a change in shape at the back, with the Owls having now conceded 15 in their last six outings.
That could mean a return to the squad for Bambo Diaby who’s been left out of the last three now, but starting on the bench with Di’Shon Bernard, Michael Ihiekwe, and Akin Famewo the likely candidates to start in the middle.
Rohl will want Johnson back on the left if fit to do so, after Kristian Pedersen’s tough debut vs Huddersfield Town, with Pol Valentin likely to keep his place on the right.
We could then see a very attacking-minded midfield three with Djeidi Gassama perhaps playing as an attacking midfielder, with Barry Bannan and maybe Momo Diaby alongside; Diaby deeper and Bannan more advanced.
That would leave Anthony Musaba to come off the bench and make an impact, with maybe Ike Ugbo starting up top alongside Bailey Cadamarteri.
Here’s how we think Sheffield Wednesday might line up against Birmingham City tonight…
