A Sheffield Wednesday fan has garnered widespread praise after delivering a passionate rant on the Owls’ controversial owner.

The January transfer window ended and Danny Rohl didn’t get all that he needed to give the Owls a fighting chance in the Championship relegation picture.
Since, the Owls have lost 4-0 away at Huddersfield Town to leave themselves eight points adrift, then losing 4-1 away at Coventry City in an FA Cup fourth round replay.
A string of poor performances has now reignited criticism of owner Dejphon Chansiri.
He was reportedly in the country last month to help facilitate some late transfer deals, but all that the club could manage was loan deals for Ian Poveda and Kristian Pedersen; the latter putting in a tough debut vs Huddersfield Town.

A Sheffield Wednesday fan phoned into the Football Heaven segment on BBC Sheffield last night, going on a seven minute rant about Chansiri.
In those seven minutes he touched upon all subjects from season tickets to the club shop’s inflated prices, and of course the poor overall management of the club in terms of managers, new signings and what not.
And the video has since gone viral garnering almost 300,000 views at the time of writing, with almost 200 comments from fans across the footballing community.
Fans of Barnsley and Sheffield United have even given their support to Todd and his views on Chansiri, which are the views shared by a huge majority of Sheffield Wednesday fans.
Something has to change, before it’s too late
Chansiri has been a hugely unpopular figure for a long time now.
He’s had plenty of time at the club and in fairness, he’s pumped a lot of money into the club.
But fans haven’t seen any more proper investment for a long time now with Chansiri seemingly trying to claw back all that he’s lost at Hillsborough.
His unpopularity reached an all time high earlier in the season after a string of club statements aimed at the fans, with one asking supporters to cover the cost of a £2million HMRC bill, which Chansiri then paid out of the blue in some bizarre publicity stunt.
And after a poor showing in the January transfer window and some poor subsequent results on the pitch, Sheffield Wednesday fans finally seem like they’ve reached the end of their tether when it comes to Chansiri.
Fans want him gone but all they can do is voice their concern and put together demonstrations of unrest, which have been few and far between over the years.
But if something isn’t done soon, Sheffield Wednesday could face a slippery slope down the Football League pyramid.
Sheffield Wednesday are back at Hillsborough on Friday night against Birmingham City, in what could be a fiery encounter.
