Sheffield Wednesday host Coventry City in the Championship this afternoon.

Sheffield Wednesday go up against Coventry City in the Championship later today, with the Owls looking to avenge a 2-1 defeat at home to Cardiff City last time out.

Danny Rohl saw his side go 1-0 ahead in the first half before conceding two in the second half; both goals very much against the run of play with Wednesday in control throughout.

Sheffield Wednesday now remain in 23rd place of the table with six points separating them and Huddersfield Town in 21st.

Darren Moore‘s Terriers go up against Blackburn Rovers today, whilst QPR in 22nd face Millwall in 20th.

Rohl could remain without attackers Michael Smith and Josh Windass for this one; both are carrying niggling injuries and were 50/50 to feature against Cardiff, though neither did.

The likes of Dominic Iorfa, John Buckley, Momo Diaby, and Mallik Wilks remain longer-term absentees for the Owls.

How will Danny Rohl line up today?

Cameron Dawson faced criticism once again during the defeat vs Cardiff. The 28-year-old has now made several errors in goal this season and although Rohl defended the shot-stopper after the game vs Cardiff, Devis Vasquez will surely be in the thinking for this one, and he may even take the starting spot.

Elsewhere, Marvin Johnson impressed at left-back and so he should keep his starting spot, and although Akin Famewo had a solid game at centre-back, we should see the well-liked and talented Di’Shon Bernard return to the XI for this one.

Other than that, we should see an unchanged line up.

Wednesday held possession well against Cardiff and created their share of chances, so an unchanged midfield and attacking line seems likely.
