Sheffield Wednesday are closing in on their sixth and seventh signing this week.
After wrapping up a free transfer for Jamal Lowe over the weekend, the Owls are said to be days away from bringing in two more additions.
Sheffield Wednesday are set to sign Polish attacker Olaf Kabacki and former loanee James Beadle ahead of their training camp at St George’s Park next week.
The Yorkshire outfit are expected to make a number of more signings on top of the pair, with Danny Rohl eager to transform the squad into one worthy of a place much further up the Championship table.

Sheffield Wednesday targeting two new additions
Wednesday could already end the week with two new forwards, however it now appears they aren’t finished there.
When asked on X whether the Owls were still looking for a No.9, journalist Alan Nixon wrote: “Want two…”
Wednesday are said to be signing former Manchester United youngster Charlie McNeill, but Nixon also made it clear that the two new No.9s would be separate from his arrival.
This could potentially mean the Owls end up with two unknown strikers, Lowe, McNeill, Kabacki, Bailey Cadamarteri, Michael Smith and Mallik Wilks.
While Lowe and Kabacki aren’t strikers as such, surely the growing number of options would push at least the latter two out of the door.
What does this mean for the Owls’ strikers?
Wilks was already far down the pecking order after only scoring three goals for the club, while Smith had already looked to be on his way out in January.
It’s unclear who Rohl could bring in to battle it out for the No.9 position, though it is believed they are still keen on re-signing Ike Ugbo.
They have also been linked with Mika Biereth, while they could wait it out and look into the loan market once the bigger clubs have already strengthened.
Joe Gelhardt is one forward who has fallen out of favour at Leeds United, though his loan stint at Sunderland proved he struggles to play as a central forward on his own.
Divin Mubama is also available after rejecting a new contract from West Ham, but there will likely be plenty of competition for his signature.
