Musaba will have been disappointed to have started on the bench at Stoke, although he did grasp his chance as a substitute.
The player hasn’t started a game since he played 64 minutes against Birmingham last month and he won’t be happy with that.
Musaba threw himself into the manager’s thinking at the weekend with a good goal and his star quality should grant him starts.
The talented youngster has the required ability that can help Wednesday get out of their current situation in the Championship.
Musaba won’t have signed from Monaco to be an impact substitute and Wednesday boss Rohl should start him this evening.
Musaba can be the difference against Norwich
Rohl is a fan of Musaba. Earlier this season he called him ‘fantastic’ and he will be desperate to get into the starting eleven and prove his worth.
Norwich have been hit-and-miss this season. They sit 13th in the Championship and they can’t afford any more slip-ups at home if they’re to squeeze into the play-offs.
Tonight, the home side might have a lot of the ball. As a result, Wednesday will need to remain compact and look to exploit the Canaries on the counter-attack.
With that in mind, Musaba looks like the ideal player for Wednesday to start this evening.
The youngster has the pace to terrify the Norwich defenders and getting the ball wide will be integral to the fortunes tonight.
With Huddersfield and Rotherham both losing last night, there is a real opportunity for Wednesday this evening.
