The Sheffield Wednesday forward, Fernando Forestieri, has shared video footage of his recovery from a hamstring injury on Instagram.
Forestieri tore a hamstring at the start of December and is said to be facing a minimum six-week spell on the sidelines.

But three weeks on, the Argentine appears to be back up and running… albeit sideways and wearing an elasticated harness.
Forestieri missed the bulk of last season with ligament damage, but returned to score five goals in eight games between late March and early May.

And the 28-year-old has endured another stop-start campaign – in which he has scored three goals in 12 games – and has failed to appear in more than three successive fixtures since the start of September.

He is likely to have another new manager upon his return to the side, with Steve Bruce expected to be appointed Jos Luhukay’s successor in the coming days.
The Sheffield Star’s Owls reporter, Dom Howson, tweeted the following update on the club’s Bruce pursuit earlier:
Told Steve Agnew and Steven Clemence watched #SWFC again in action at Boro yesterday.
Re Steve Bruce to Owls. There are a few details to be ironed out but I’m still expecting it to happen. Bruce is currently out of the country. Could be that Lee Bullen remains in charge for WBA.
