Sheffield Wednesday claimed their first win of the season on Sunday afternoon as they beat Yorkshire rivals Rotherham United 2-0, with Di’Shon Bernard starring.
It took 14 games before the Owls got their first three points of the season, with a brace from Rotherham striker Michael Smith sealing victory at Hillsborough.
Sheffield Wednesday remain bottom of the Championship, but getting their first win will give them plenty of confidence going forward, especially after it came in a Yorkshire derby.
One player who starred in particular for Wednesday was centre back Di’Shon Bernard.

Bernard was given an 8/10 by Yorkshire Live journalist Ricky Charlesworth on his player ratings, saying: “Collossal in the air, winning so many aerial duels. Was really impressive here with the only blot on his copybook was a booking.”
His stats also back this up, as he had 76 touches on the ball, but defensively was superb.
He made two tackles, won twelve duels and made three clearances in what was a brilliant performance by the Jamaican international.
The 23-year-old has been an astute signing, after joining in the summer on a free transfer following the expiry of his contract at Manchester United.
He has spent two and a half of the last three seasons out on loan in the Championship, League One and League Two, spending the second half of last season on loan at Portsmouth.
He has made nine appearances in the Championship so far this season, getting one assist.
