Mossley AFC’s Jesurun Uchegbulam is on trial at Sheffield Wednesday, it has been confirmed to SWN.
Uchegbulam played in the Wednesday Under-23s’ 3-0 defeat against Barnsley on Monday afternoon and is understood to have impressed the Owls despite the result.
The 18-year-old winger is expected to remain with the Championship side – who are next in action against Burnley in seven days’ time – indefinitely.

He recently had a spell back at Stockport Town, where he was crowned player of the month for August, before being recalled by Mossley.
