Sheffield Wednesday midfielder Fisayo Dele-Bashiru has been offered contracts by two Turkish clubs ahead of his Owls contract expiry this month, reports The Star.
Dele-Bashiru, 22, looks increasingly likely to leave Sheffield Wednesday ahead of his contract expiry at the end of this month.
Interest in the ex-Manchester City man was rife throughout the 2022/23 season, with a number of teams linked with him including the likes of AC Milan and PSV.
But it looks like the midfielder is heading to Turkey. Earlier this month, reports emerged claiming that Turkish duo Antalyaspor and Hatayspor were both keen on signing Dele-Bashiru on a free transfer, and now The Star are reporting that both clubs have offered the Wednesday man three-year deals.
Responding to reported interest from AC Milan in Dele-Bashiru last season, former Wednesday boss Darren Moore said:
“Fantastic if it is (true) because it means we’ve got a top, top talent on our hands. But at the moment I just treat it as speculation.“

Dele-Bashiru played an important role for Wednesday last time round, featuring 34 times in League One and scoring four goals from midfield.
He brought bags of energy and bite to the side and replacing him is going to be tough, especially given the fact that Sheffield Wednesday are now without a Head of Recruitment and a manager.
The Star’s revelation about contract offers from Turkey doesn’t mean that Dele-Bashiru is definitely leaving though – there’s still a chance that he stays, albeit a very slim chance it seems.
His presence in the midfield will certainly need replacing, though when the Owls might get to work on potential new signings remains to be seen, with a new manager now at the top of their to do list.
