The clock is ticking towards the first game in management for Sheffield Wednesday incumbent Danny Rohl. The German boss has been in place at Hillsborough for roughly a week after replacing Xisco Munoz.
Rohl has a good pedigree as a coach. He’s worked with Ralph Hasenhuttl at Southampton and was recently Hansi Flick’s assistant with the German national team. Now, Yorkshire Live has revealed the traits that will be non-negotiable under Rohl.
The Owls face Watford at Vicarage Road on Saturday. It will see the start of a new era and Rohl already knows what he will be demanding from his Wednesday players on a weekly basis.

Rohl has already given an insight into how he wants to play. When he arrived he said: “We need to be compact, we need to win the ball high, we need to push the opponent away from our goal and make sure we attack the right moments.”
