Sheffield Wednesday have a pivotal two weeks ahead, with the club looking for a manager who can turn around their fortunes this season.
Sheffield Wednesday go into this month’s international break without a manager, winless in the league and sitting in last place of the Championship table.
There’s been a few names linked with the Hillsborough vacancy with German Danny Rohl looking like a front-runner, whilst the likes of Michael Beale have also been linked.
Owner Dejphon Chansiri has a big task on his hands and a lot of love to try and regain from the fans, after a turbulent summer which has seen him hit out at former boss Darren Moore, as well as the fans, with Chansiri pledging to put no more addition money into the club as long as criticism of him remains.
And respected Sheffield-based journalist Alan Biggs has shared a message for the Wednesday owner. Biggs tweeted earlier today:

“DON’T make public criticism of Xisco Munoz when you unveil your next manager.
“DON’T keep undermining managers you sack (Pulis, Moore).
“But DO own up to your mistakes. People respect that far more.”
Chansiri’s reign at Sheffield Wednesday
There doesn’t seem to be any coming back for Chansiri.
His statements and managerial decisions over the years have really distanced himself from the fans, who continue to support the club through thick and thin.
But Chansiri can make some amends by owing up to his mistakes, like Biggs says, and by making a good next appointment.
The club needs a manager who knows how to get out of situations like this. Someone like Neil Warnock could be ideal but then someone like Rohl is who Wednesday ideally need in the long run.
It’s certainly not an easy decision for the Owls owner, but this two week international break gives Chansiri ample time to make an appointment,
Wednesday are back in action vs Watford later this month.
