Sheffield Wednesday look like they could be on the verge of another managerial change, with Xisco Munoz still winless at the club.
Sheffield Wednesday remain without a win in their opening eight games of the Championship campaign.
Munoz’s men find themselves in last place of the table after a 3-0 defeat at Swansea City over the weekend, with fan pressure on the Spaniard now really starting to heat up.
And one name who fans are seemingly call for to come in, or rather come back, is Steve Bruce.
The 62-year-old left Wednesday for Newcastle United in 2019. A tough spell at St James’ Park was followed up by an even tougher spell at West Brom, and he now finds himself out of work.
During his brief spell at Hillsborough, Bruce oversaw seven wins from 18 games, losing just three to go down as one of the Owls’ better managers of the recent era.
