The Verdict: Will Gassama shine for Sheffield Wednesday?
This is the million-dollar question really. It’s an exciting and intriguing signing but the Championship could prove a tough environment for the youngster.
Xisco Munoz is desperate to give his team a lift from somewhere. The two defeats for Wednesday this season haven’t been ideal and they desperately need a win from somewhere.

Having a bit of energy added to the final third will be most welcomed. Michael Smith and Lee Gregory are both in their thirties and Gassama should bolster Wednesday in that sense.
Coming from PSG should make this one intriguing for the Wednesday fan base. The hope will be that he can settle quickly and start helping the Owls climb up the Championship table.
