Some Sheffield Wednesday fans on social media have been raving over Kadeem Harris after the Owls’ 1-0 win against Derby County on Friday evening.
The Yorkshire outfit have finally begun to hit their stride, winning back to back games for the first time in what feels like forever.
There were plenty of standout performers in their win against the Rams, but perhaps the most impressive player on the pitch was Harris.
The winger worked his socks off for the Owls, constantly running up and down the line, and using his pace to relieve a lot of pressure during some difficult periods.

However, Harris’ greatest contribution was undoubtedly his last minute goalline block that secure the win for the Owls.
Of course, there were questions as to whether or not that block was a handball, but the fact that Harris even managed to get across and stop the shot was remarkable.
Perhaps fittingly, just minutes before getting away with a potential handball, one Wednesday fan on social media had actually compared him to Diego Maradona.
Here’s what the Hillsborough faithful have been saying about Harris on social media.

What a huge win that is! Did what we had to do to get all three points. Wasn’t very pretty but who cares, Wednesday are out of the bottom three. Thought Harris was fantastic tonight. #swfc
