Sheffield Wednesday boss Danny Rohl has issued a message to the club’s supporters after last night’s 2-0 defeat to Leicester City.
The head coach posted his plea on Instagram shortly after the final whistle.
So, what has Rohl said after the latest Wednesday defeat, this time to the league leaders? Let’s take a closer look…
What Danny Rohl posted on Instagram after Sheffield Wednesday defeat
Well, it would appear that the head coach isn’t about to lose faith and he will be buoyed by some aspects of last night’s game.
Rohl tweaked the formation of his Wednesday team at half-time, after conceding two goals in the opening 45 minutes.
Not only did the tweak give Leicester something to think about but it also saw the Owls have more shots than their opponents in the second half.
After losing another Championship game, Rohl took to Instagram to post a nine-word message, that read: “Thanks for your support!! We go again and again.”

Wednesday were downed by goals from Abdul Fatawa and Wednesday-supporting striker Jamie Vardy.
There were some positives, however, and on another day things might have been a little bit different for the Owls.
Wednesday must stick with head coach for remainder of the season
It sounds like a simple thing to say but Wednesday are better off for the German head coach being in charge.
He inherited a squad of players that hadn’t won a single game this season and he’s giving the team a fighting chance.
Right now, it’s hard to see how Rohl can help Wednesday can survive this season given the one-step-forward and two-steps-back nature of their results.
However, all it takes is a little bit of luck and the Owls can pull themselves clear and throw their rivals into danger of the drop.
Rohl isn’t one for making excuses and he clearly appreciates the support that he’s getting from the Hillsborough faithful.
This message is a heartwarming one after the latest defeat and the Wednesday fan base must trust the process with Rohl.
