Some Sheffield Wednesday fans on social media have been raving over the performance of Moses Odubajo against Blackburn Rovers.
The full-back was put back into the XI against Rovers, and while some fans weren’t keen to see him reintroduced into the side after his alleged high five with Lewis Grabban a few weeks ago, they were pleasantly surprised by his good showing against the Lancastrians.
A number of fans pointed towards the incident against Nottingham Forest, but they couldn’t help but admit he’d done well on Saturday.
Tony Pulis’ side picked up another positive result against Blackburn, drawing 1-1, and while they can count themselves a little unfortunate not to have won, there were plenty of positives to take away from the performance.

Odubajo certainly needed a good performance here to get the fanbase back on side after his conduct against Forest put him in the bad books of many supporters, and it seems as though he’s put things right in the eyes of some of the Hillsborough faithful.
Hopefully, he can build on this and the second half of the season sees him find a purple patch.
Here’s what Wednesday fans have been saying about Odubajo on social media…
Don’t think Odubajo should have ever been allowed near a Wednesday side ever again but fair play to him probably our best player today, how Pelupessy is still conning his way into a starting eleven is still beyond me though.🤷♂

Odubajo and pelupessy who tend to get absolute rotten abuse (deserved for odubajo after forest) but thought both were very good today, credit where it’s due.
