‘This club is unrecognisable’: Some SWFC fans far from happy with emerging reports

Some Sheffield Wednesday fans have been reacting to reports that Ravel Morrison has started training with the Owls.

The Yorkshire club are seemingly desperate for reinforcements as they stare down the barrel of relegation, and after it emerged that Danny Simpson was playing for the U23s, Morrison is now set to start training with the Owls.

Unfortunately, this news hasn’t been received very well by Wednesday fans, and to be honest, we can understand why.

Morrison has been without a club for some time now, and while he was tipped for big things when he was younger, it’s hard to imagine how a player who has played just 12 club matches in two years will improve this team.

If we’re being brutally honest, this move stinks of desperation, and while desperate times do call for desperate measures, there’s a fine line between genius and stupidity.
