The son of a former Premier League footballer scored on his first start for the Sheffield Wednesday Under-18s on Saturday.
Bailey-Tye Cadamarteri, whose father Danny burst onto the scene as an Everton player in the late 1990s, struck in a 3-1 win for the young Owls team at Crewe Alexandra.
The younger Cadamarteri started the season at U16-level and found the net four times in a single game against Sheffield United – the club his father now works for – at the end of October.
His tally for the campaign now stands at 15 across all age groups and is two shy of that of his even younger sibling, Caelan-Kole, who is also on Wednesday’s books.

Bailey-Tye was offered scholarship forms by the Owls at the start of November, his old man claimed on Twitter.
Cadamerteri Snr played for Bradford City, Leeds United, Sheffield United and Huddersfield Town in his native Yorkshire and had spells at various clubs outside of the region.
He later turned to coaching and had a stint at Wednesday, himself.
